Position Available: Enrolled Nurse (EN)
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an EN with preferably GP clinic experience to join our fabulous nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing over 75+ Health Assessments in the community, visiting our elderly patients annually in their homes to conduct thorough assessments for their General Practitioner (GP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive health assessments for elderly patients in their homes.
- Collaborating with GPs to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Providing compassionate and patient-centred care.
- Documenting assessments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Preferably, experience working in a General Practice clinic.
