AddressMt Druitt Medical Centre is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our friendly, highly integrated multidisciplinary team of doctors and allied health providers. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in working to their full scope of practice, improving the care of chronic disease, and proactively improving the health of our practice population.
Our practice has 6 doctors, dietician, exercise physiologist and a clinical (non dispensing) pharmacist – keen to develop and build an improved model of General Practice care. We open from 8:00 to 18:00 weekdays.
Essential criteria:
- Registered nurse
- Interested in population health and chronic disease management
- Good with information technology
- Good organisational skills
- Experience with Medical Director and PenCat will be helpful, but not a must
- An understanding and knowledge of OHS requirements
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
