AddressHealthSure Medical Centre Jesmond is a AGPAL accredited General Practice.
A Registered Nurse is required for our busy practice.
The successful applicant will be caring professional, hardworking, flexible and have a great attitude.
This position is a Permanent Full-Time position.
Nurse will work in collaboration with RN's/EN's:
- To complete Chronic disease management tasks
- Health assessments
- Women's' health
- Wound care
- Minor procedures
- Vaccinations
- Provide general support to patients and practice staff.
Skills and Experience
- Current AHPRA registration required
- Health Assessment, Wound Care, and Immunisation knowledge essential
- Experience working as a Practice Nurse within a team environment
- Experience in general practice is preferred but not necessary if you are eager to learn.
- Experience with Best Practice Software preferred
- Immunisation certificate preferred or willingness to obtain
