About the Position
We are looking to welcome a Practice Supervisor to oversee and lead the practice of a team of practitioners who provide early intervention and case management services to families.
- Full time role.
- Role is government funded until 30 September 2026, with possibility for extension.
- Level 6 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $102,555 - $107,080 plus super.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the professional practice of your team.
- Manage a restricted caseload involving delivery of our family case-management program.
- Be an active consultant in your area of expertise.
- Regularly attend and participate in case consultations and reviews.

About You
- A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).
- Professional registration (if required) and membership of a relevant professional association (desirable).
- At least 5 years’ experience providing case-management and therapeutic services to families, caregivers, young people and children in the child protection framework.
- Relevant experience supervising staff in similar role.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
