About the Position
We are looking to welcome a Practice Supervisor to oversee the practice of Intensive Family Support practitioners who provide early intervention and case management services to families that are at risk of entering or re-entering the child protection system.
- Full time opportunity.
- Role is government funded to 31 December 2026 with possible extension.
- Level 6 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $102,555 - $107,080 plus superannuation.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead the professional practice of your team and manage a restricted caseload.
- Be an active consultant in your area of expertise.
- Regularly attend and participate in case consultations and reviews.
- Work with and refer to other professionals and stakeholders utilising an ecological model.

About You
- A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).
- Professional registration (if required) and membership of a relevant professional association (desirable).
- At least 5 years’ experience providing case-management and therapeutic services to families, caregivers, young people, and children in a child protection framework.
- Relevant experience leading and supervising team members in similar practice related positions.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
