Role Description
This is a hybrid full-time Practice/Office Manager role based in either Pakenham or Yarram, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. You will be working closely with both of the Principals overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the office. This role requires regular communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. We are seeking someone who can take ownership of this role, is able to problem solve and work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or similar role preferably in an accounting firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration or Bookkeeping or a related field
Experience
- Financial management and bookkeeping in Xero
- Management of trust account
- Onboarding new clients including engagement letters & proposals (experience in Ignition preferred)
- Corporate Secretarial compliance work including the set up of new companies (experience in Now Infinity, Clear Docs & ASIC preferred)
