Form of work 03rd April, 2024 About the Role:Anglicare Southern Queensland is dedicated to providing essential support and therapeutic interventions for young people and their carers in foster and kinship care arrangements. Our Intensive Foster Care and High Plus programs are designed to assist those facing stress, potential breakdowns, or complexities in caring for young individuals. As a Practitioner within our Intensive Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each young person and enhance the capacity of their carer families. Your responsibilities will include providing education, support, and resources to address attachment issues, trauma effects, and related behaviours, ensuring the stability and well-being of placements. This is a Permanent Full-time position (working 76 hours per/fortnight) based at our Eight Mile Plains office.
