About the Company:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-contract management process and provide daily direction to the team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and goals.
• Provide tender advice and assist the Estimating Team with contract negotiations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients during the tender preparation.
• Coordinate contractual insurance requirements and implement risk management processes.
• Ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties.
• Assist in creating and managing the pre-contract management framework.
• Support Project Managers with commercial correspondence and claims.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on pre-contract performance against objectives and targets.
• Lead and manage the Pre-Contract Team to achieve business outcomes effectively.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Commercial / Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial or contract management role.
• Solid understanding of the AS4000, NEC, FIDIC, EPC or equivalent suite of contracts.
• Previous experience working with energy infrastructure projects desired
