Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pre-contract management process and provide daily direction to the team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and goals.
- Provide tender advice and assist the Estimating Team with contract negotiations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients during the tender preparation.
- Coordinate contractual insurance requirements and implement risk management processes.
- Ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties.
- Assist in creating and managing the pre-contract management framework.
- Support Project Managers with commercial correspondence and claims.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on pre-contract performance against objectives and targets.
- Lead and manage the Pre-Contract Team to achieve business outcomes effectively.
- Qualification in Commercial / Construction Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial or contract management role.
- Solid understanding of the AS4000, NEC, FIDIC, EPC or equivalent suite of contracts.
- Previous experience working with energy infrastructure projects desired
