A state government department located in Perth CBD, is currently seeking L6 Team Leader ICT Contract Services to step into a position, to start immediately. Initially, you will be engaged on a temporary basis until 31/12/24 at this stage. Your new role
Reporting to the ICT Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and contract management for categories, particularly ICT. In addition, you will be responsible for:
Lead the strategic planning process for high risk and complex contracts, managing contract requirements and business casesLeads the development of policies, processes and procedures for procurement in relation to ICT, including software, hardware and related services.Assists with the management of financial commitments for capital and operational budgets in relation to the delivery of goods and services by vendors.Collate and manage procurement plans and risk management strategiesProvide specialist advice to stakeholders around procurement, contract objectives, key performance indicators and contract termsUndertake and participate in discussions with vendors around problems associated with the contractWhat you'll need to succeed In order to be considered, you will demonstrate advanced experience in procurement category management, ideally within ICT. In addition, you will have:
