About the Role
Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Pre-Delivery Coordinator. Based in our Dandenong Branch, you will be responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction via the delivery of new machines on time and to a quality standard.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and establishing new machine build schedules based on Sales department priorities
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of the Scope of Work for engagements and undertake all planning and preparation for successful delivery.
- Procuring and managing the supply of parts and resources by meeting the delivery schedule.
- Ensuring sufficient inventory is held to meet build volume requirements.
- Implementing new processes and further improving current planning practices to deliver our forecast targets.
- Working within the company's WHS policy and identifying opportunities to improve.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Scheduling/Coordination
- Strong computer literacy including experience using scheduling software
- High-level attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong time management skillset
