As the dealership continues to expand, we're on the lookout for an experienced Pre-owned Car Sales Executive to join them and thrive in their automotive journey. The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Pre-owned Car Sales Executive to join our client's high-volume dealership. This opportunity is for experienced sales consultants who are currently selling either Prestige, Mainstream or Pre-owned vehicles within a dealership environment.

As a Pre-owned Car Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and nurturing all types of sales opportunities, including Internet, Phone, Walk-ins & Referrals.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the latest vehicle models to potential customers
  • Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and meeting CSI survey standards
  • Offering additional products and services such as finance, trade-ins, and warranties
  • Meeting/exceeding your set KPI's
 What skill set/experience do I need?
  • Proven experience in selling new or pre-owned vehicles in the Australian market
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering an exciting car buying experience
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professional presentation and demeanour
  • Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
