Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's inverter and energy storage product portfolio.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.

1. Pre-Sales Support:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to comprehend customer needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly.

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique features and advantages of the company's solutions.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and respond to customer inquiries.

1. Customer Engagement:

• Engage proactively with customers to comprehend their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Offer technical support during the pre-sales phase, addressing customer queries and concerns effectively.

1. Solution Design:

• Work collaboratively with customers to design and propose customized inverter and energy storage solutions based on project-specific requirements.

Liaise with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions align with technical specifications.

1. Training and Documentation:

• Develop and deliver training sessions for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

Create and update technical documentation, including product manuals and application notes.

1. Market Feedback:

• Gather valuable feedback from customers and the market to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company's products.

Provide insights to the product development team based on customer experiences and evolving industry requirements.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical support role within the solar energy industry.
In-depth understanding of inverter technologies, solar power systems, and related components.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and certification processes.
