Our client is looking fora Pre-Sales Engineer who will be doing the following tasks and duties
Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Influenceand educate clients that YOOBIC's solution will best satisfy their needs in terms of ease of use, quality, benefit and value
- Createdemonstrations of the product and craft effective narratives to support them
- Leadin all technical aspects of the sales process
- Support,demonstrate, and reason the offer and its options in front of the client
- Assistwith definition and execution of successful pilots, where appropriate
- Activelystrategize with sales team and account managers on the best positioning to have on deals have on deals
- Provideproduct feedback and suggestions to the Product team
- Ableto promptly respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Professionallyand independently conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis for bothbusiness and technical topics
- Ensurea smooth handover of each client to the Customer Implementation team
Qualifications and Work Experience
- A minimum of 10 years experience selling complex SaaS solutions (ACV ofUSD $200k+) and managing a full sales cycle in a global startup and scale upenvironment
- 3 years sales experience in frontline employee experience platformsfocusing on industries with a high number of frontline employees (2,500+)and locations (500+), i.e. retail, grocery, telecommunication, hospitality,etc.
- a consistent track record of achievement/target attainment throughoutyour sales career including pipeline generation
- a proven ability to demonstrate product to get the technical win
- Demonstrable excellent business and technical presentation skills,communication (oral & written)
- very strong relationship building skills, across all levels ofmanagement from frontline employees to C-level leadership audience, to be ableto close a sale
- experience in a pipeline-driven culture where you've had to beaccountable for top of the funnel, middle of the funnel and bottom of thefunnel activities
- A keen networker with a passion for presenting at events and generating new pipeline.
- Familiar with structured sales processes, ideally Challenger, MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message methodologies
- Ambitious, curious, coachable, courageous, committed and creative!
- Solution-focused - our largest and most advanced merchants like to push the boundaries of commerce and will often custom build solutions to achieve their goals
- Able to operate globally with experience selling across NA, EMEA and APAC
- Credible at C-suite level and emotionally intelligent
