Dennis Family Homes has a vacancy for a highly motivated and organised Pre-Site Coordinator to join our fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative team based at our Geelong office.
Reporting to the Pre-Site & Compliance Team Leader this position is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive regular, informative and accurate communication throughout the whole pre-site phase of their new home build.
As a Pre-Site Coordinator, you will coordinate activities to prepare for our customers’ new home builds whilst ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction is delivered.
Daily tasks include:
- Managing the client’s experience by ensuring they are contacted proactively to provide accurate information and updates relating to the progress of their project.
- Proactive management and scheduling of day-to-day communications to customers, Sales Consultants, internal service providers and suppliers to ensure KPI’s and forecast monthly site start budgets are met.
- Act as a subject matter expert for nominated key processes involved in the deposit to site start phase to ensure clients are left with the impression that they are dealing with a highly organised, competent, and reliable project coordinator and DFH business.
- Providing support on a rotating roster to cover Reception during lunch breaks along with office management support duties.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, preferably in the building, property or related industry.
- Demonstrated customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Excellent initiative to manage your own workflow and portfolio of jobs.
- Strong computer skills, both accurate and timely data entry.
- Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels in a manner that represents excellent customer service and demonstrates the values of Dennis Family Homes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects or tasks utilising well developed time management skills.
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
