AddressWe are currently looking for a number of site project coordinators / site project engineers on a large-scale commercial building project in Melbourne's South East. We are looking for someone who has a background within commercial construction (essential) and has worked on retail projects anywhere from $10m to $100m + in value.
There is a large amount of stakeholder engagement, working closely with multiple clients and managing a number of different trades. This will be a very busy project working in a live environment. Any health, pharma or retail experience would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality inspections
- WHS, safety walks and compliance
- Management of trades
- Stakeholder engagement
- Ensure project meets program
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven knowledge of the construction process (approx. 2 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
