YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This is your chance to put your skills to use and show people what you are made of!
Your mission is to achieve precision in every aspect of our projects. You will seamlessly orchestrate the entire process, adhering to schedules and regulations, ultimately ensuring our customers are delighted. Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and management is crucial for success
Your day-to-day will look like:
- Visit our building sites once order is received to verify that products selected are ‘fit for purpose’.
- Take responsibility for site installs - that they run smoothly, are on-time, are within budget and are to company and customer satisfaction.
- Plan installs to be efficient in labour and travel time.
- Coordinate install subcontractors and provide them with all drawing and site information.
- Report all variances from quoted scope to Installation Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up to date communcation between all stakeholders.
- Attend to and rectify any defects quickly.

You have:
- A proven track record within the commercial construction industry in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Australian standards and WH&S requirements, ensuring safety compliance.
- A true ‘people person’ nature - you know how to connect and build internal and external relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Outstanding problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- A full drivers’ licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in managing projects within budget and schedule.
- Expertise in interpreting building plans and specifications.
- A respect for confidentiality, unwavering integrity, and a track record of reliability and loyalty.
