Preceda Payroll Analyst

A highly regarded and fast growing business has a rare opportunity for an experienced Payroll System Analyst with Preceda payroll system experience to join their  successful company based in the National Head Office. 

The role sits within a close working Payroll, Finance and HR department. You will be working closely with Payroll Project Manager.

In this position you are required, but not limited to:

• Providing system administration, functional support and training.
• Work on payroll data maintenance & configuration
• Handle complex payroll duties which include payroll tax, superannuation and termination payments
• Overseeing the integration of payrolls onto a central system
• Review payroll processes and systems to recommend improvements
• Assist in the production of organisational reporting and the management of interfaces and integration between systems

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience in payroll implementations
• Extensive experience in procedures and documentation auditing.
• The ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Demonstrable experience training/mentoring staff with new processes and procedures. 
• Technical knowledge of Preceda Payroll System.
