We are currently in search of a Warehouse Inventory & Dispatch coordinator to join our team; based out of our in-house factory in Surry Hills, Sydney. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working alongside the Production Manager this role is a challenging & dynamic position for a highly organized, passionate & professional team player. No two days are the same in this position; you will be responsible for an integral business department, meanwhile being generously rewarded with a great team culture and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory/Warehouse Management. Inclusive of Invoicing & Dispatching of incoming & outgoing Deliveries. Following up directly with stores to ensure discrepancies and issues are dealt with efficiently & in a timely manner.
- Stock Control & Administration. Coordination, action and follow up of all incoming and outgoing goods including raw materials and ready goods. Ongoing maintenance always consciously ensuring an accurate and efficient inventory system.
- Assist on the coordination, action and follow up of monthly inventory spot checks and quarterly stock takes.
- Online order Fulfillment. Responsible for the Consolidation & Shipment of all Online Orders for www.farage.com.au and associated platforms
- General Warehouse & Administrative tasks as required by the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Stock Control Management within a retail environment essential; within the fashion industry will be highly regarded.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- A team player ‘can do’ attitude.
- A demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a group
- Experience using inventory control & E-comm software such as Retail Express & Shopify or similar would be ideal.
- Good reporting skills
- A logical & timely solution focused approach to problem solving.
- A sincere quality focus.
