We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Sage Intacct Presales Consultant. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value and capabilities of Sage Intacct, our cloud-based financial management software for growing organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Clearly articulate the benefits of Sage Intacct’s solutions to all levels including lines of business managers and “C” level executives
Understand the customer need and establish Sage Intacct’s solution as the best solution that addresses their need.
Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Sage Intacct solution.
Support Direct and Channel Sales Executives in production of high-quality sales proposals and supporting materials.
Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Direct and Channel Sales Executives.
Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.
Support the marketing team in conducting product evangelism activities, such as webinars, seminars, and industry events, to increase awareness and promote the benefits of Sage Intacct.
Required Skillsets:
4+ years’ experience as a pre-sales engineer with implementation consulting or customer support for an accounting or financial software application.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
In depth knowledge of accounting (or demonstrable experience of accounting processes)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms.
Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the sales cycle
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiar with internet application software, XML and web services
