The Regional Rollingstock business is seeking a Presentation Supervisor to Lead, organise and supervise the presentation activities for Regional Rollingstock Maintenance at Bowen Hills.

About the role
Reporting to the Manager of Rollingstock Maintenance you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective commercial cleaning enterprise. You will work alongside one other Presentation supervisor to lead and champion 28 presentation staff.
Key position responsibilities:
- Foster a team culture of safety, customer service, and performance, while also coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff to enhance efficiency through upskilling
- Manage staff performance and behaviour
- Plan, schedule and direct the cleaning and provisioning activities based on customer requirements, staff availability, equipment and rollingstock availability within budget, including rosters
- Implement and review safe work practices, systems and processes, to ensure appropriate level of training, instruction and placement of employees
- Monitor, set, and train staff in cleaning quality standards
- Perform compliance and administrative tasks
- Provide a high quality of presentation and cleaning of passenger trains as required

About you
- Previous experience in leading and supervising staff
- Previous cleaning experience, knowledge of cleaning and provisioning materials, practices and equipment
- Sound knowledge of Quality, Environment and Safety principles
- Excellent communication skills - with ability to establish and develop working relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to be agile and highly adaptable to changing plans/ targets
- Substantial level of oral and written communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
