Your RoleAs a
Pricing Analyst, EP Systems across our Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) division, you'll uniquely contribute to conduct the implementation, testing, maintenance and support of price changes to ensure accurate pricing and risk assessment is delivered to our customers across multiple products through the IAG rating engines, Earnix.You'll collaborate with the Portfolio and Product & Pricing teams to introduce required rating changes in the platforms from algorithm design through to deployment in our systems. Working on our Enterprise platform you'll be a key player in defining its successful deployment.This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in either Sydney or Melbourne offering hybrid working conditions.Please note: To work from home, you'll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
About YouWhether you're a fresh actuarial graduate finding your footing or a seasoned professional looking for a closer relationship with customer pricing, this role offers a spectrum of opportunities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and agility in learning and applying new concepts
- Ability to identify, assess, and manage risk
- Tertiary qualifications in a commercial discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience in commercial and domestic insurance sales and underwriting, including market awareness, product and systems knowledge (min 3yrs) OR Understanding of underwriting principles in the insurance market
