Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this Fantastic Aboriginal Health Service based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia to help them find a Registered Nurse to join their Clinic in a 6 month Contract (up until September 2022 at this stage).Job Details
- Salary of $100,620.00 per annum pro rata
- $3,055 District allowance provided plus $1,000 electricity subsidy and $13,000 housing allowance provided
- Potential for the position to become permanent if you were interested
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.45pm
Some of the main duties of your role include:
- Providing Primary Healthcare services as required and necessary
- Assist GP's with procedures
- Provide education and advice as appropriate
- Ensure the integrity of all immunisations is maintained
The Location
You will be living and working in a town in the Pilbara which is 40 minutes from the city of Karratha.
The Pilbara is home to several beautiful beaches with opportunities for diving and snorkeling. The area is perfect for fishing and other water-based activities such as boating, sailing and whale watching. Millstream Chichester National Park is famous for its watering holes and camping spots. Within just a few hours’ drive are the world heritage listed sites of Karijini National Park and Ningaloo Reef. There are regular community events such as the Dampier Markets and horse racing and the recent development of the Karratha Art’s Precinct has opened the region up to more artistic pursuits including exhibitions, dance and theatre performances.
To be eligible for this position you must:
- Full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Current Drivers licence
- Current CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 fully vaccinated
