Key Objectives of this Role

• Assessing and improving the health of the Aboriginal community;
• Ensuring the delivery of nursing healthcare to the community, and;
• Ensuring that educational and health promotional components of the service are effective

The Location

• This charming, captivating rural town is in the beautiful New England High Country of NSW.
• You will be living in "Gemstone Country" known for it's sapphires and other semiprecious stones.
• 2.5 hrs from Coffs Harbour and 4 hours to the Gold Coast.
• The region boasts spectacular national parks, walking tracks and diverse cultural heritage.

To be eligible for this position, you must have the following:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with no restrictions
• At least 6 months of recent experience in Primary Health
• All core nursing competencies up to date
