Eligibility Criteria:
•Relevant qualification at Bachelor level or higher qualification.
•At least 3 years work experience in support coordination.
•Must have full working rights for Australia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Developing, implementing, and monitoring procedures, policies, and standards for medical, nursing, allied health and administrative staff.
•Coordinating and administering health programs and clinical services.
•Liaising with other health providers, boards, and funding bodies to discuss areas of health service cooperation and coordination.
•Advising government bodies about measures to improve health services and facilities; Providing overall direction and management for the service, facility, organisation, or centre.
•Representing the organisation in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums.
•Controlling selection, training, and supervision of staff.
•Monitoring and evaluating resources devoted to health facilities and centers.
•Controlling administrative operations such as budget planning, report preparation, expenditure on supplies, equipment, and services.
Salary - $85,000 PA + Super
