We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Development Manager for our growing business. The Canine Emporium is a thriving canine retail establishment known for providing our clients with the very best products. Our commitment is reflected in our exclusive offerings – we only sell products that we use with our own beloved canines.
Our Retail Development Manager will be exceptionally skilled and motivated to lead and optimise our retail operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, managing KPIs, and controlling retail operational expenses.
Key Duties:
- Efficiently oversee day-to-day Emporium operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Implement and enforce Emporium operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and uphold company standards.
- Grow and develop our space via an online presence through our already established customer base and targeting new clientele.
- Vigilantly monitor and maintain security, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
- Coordinate and manage retail dispatch and receiving operations for maximum efficiency.
- Provide sound and informed advice to Senior Management
