You are seeking an exciting learning environment from the beginning of Semester 2 (July 2024), knowing you can engage and inspire students of all abilities.
You structure curriculum and pedagogy in a creative way, you are flexible in methodology and you encourage student voice and agency. Students can then make connections and reflect a genuine understanding of the pathway. In addition to giving constructive feedback, you are prepared to seek feedback from students and colleagues in order to learn more about your impact.
At interview, you can provide examples of your dedicated, energetic and effective approach. You understand that each student learns differently and is seeking a sense of purpose in their learning. You know your strengths and can identify any areas of growth.
The roles on offer are either ongoing or fixed term contracts, beginning in July (or sooner).
To meet our needs, you display:
- Innovation, enthusiasm and focus.
- A commitment to reflective and collaborative practice.
- Professional and caring relationships.
- The ability to meet differing needs through a variety of teaching strategies.
- A calmness in the face of a challenging classroom behaviour.
- The ability to connect positively to colleagues and share successes and challenges.
