- Work collaboratively under the direction of the Director Workforce Advisory to lead and manage the development and service delivery of the Workforce Advisory model and activities.
- Lead and manage a team in the provision of contemporary day-to-day HR activities in HR policy advice and application. This includes modelling behaviours and attitudes aligning with SCHHS values and support the development of your team through shared learning and coaching.
- Provide contemporary expert advice and application of the HR industrial framework to management.
