The position is responsible for providing specialist employment advice to deliver significant and consistent outcomes in accordance with the human resource industrial framework and to support organisational goals. The position enables consistency of practice and high-level specialist advice.Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.The SCHHS is a values-based organisation.   • Work collaboratively under the direction of the Director Workforce Advisory to lead and manage the development and service delivery of the Workforce Advisory model and activities.
  • Lead and manage a team in the provision of contemporary day-to-day HR activities in HR policy advice and application. This includes modelling behaviours and attitudes aligning with SCHHS values and support the development of your team through shared learning and coaching.
  • Provide contemporary expert advice and application of the HR industrial framework to management.
Remuneration value up to $161,718 p.a., comprising salary between $132,072- $141,738 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7).
