Following the impending retirement of the current Principal and CEO, Mr Kevin Lynch, after 14 years of distinguished service, the College Board invites applications for the role of Principal/CEO of Hills International College, Jimboomba for commencement in January 2025.
Founded in 1992, Hills International College is an independent, non-denominational, co-educational College currently catering for 720 students from Prep to Year 12. Located on a picturesque, rural campus at Jimboomba, 40 kilometres south of Brisbane, the College is accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organisation as a “World School.” The College fosters a learning culture whereby young people of different cultures are able to mix and learn from one another, thereby preparing a new generation of global citizens.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional visionary and professional leadership that focuses on the College’s diverse and inclusive culture. Based on successful school leadership and administrative experience, he or she will demonstrate strong strategic and operational skills, highly effective pedagogical and operational knowledge, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in delivering on the Board’s strategic priorities.
