Your days will fly by in this PMO Coordinator role as you play the right hand person to senior leadership within a digital transformation. You will embed yourself into this unique organisations most critical projects/programmes to steer governance, framework and controls.

This role will give you see you working closely with the executives as your main stakeholders. Your communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders will be flexed in this role. What's Involved?
- Define and maintain the Transformation governance framework and controls for the transformation portfolio, ensure key monitoring and controls procedures are in place, including tolerance levels and escalations.
- Develop standards, processes, templates and working with the business to uplift capability to set Transformation initiatives up for success. This could include conducting training focused on timeline and milestone development, rigour testing, exception-based reporting, etc.
- Provide expertise and support to Executive Sponsors, Initiative Owners and Delivery Leads throughout the portfolio lifecycle.
- Support the business (Program / Project Owners and Leads) with the development to approval of program and project business cases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documents. This includes working with the business to develop a clear line of sight from problem statements to outcomes, benefits, capability uplifts.
- Develop guidelines for business case estimation and validation, including driving the development and implementation of benefits framework.
