- Salary: $106,512 - $115,137 p.a (pro rata) - Temporary Part Time (up to 12 months) - ASO7
The Principal Consultant, Organisational Development (OD) is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of OD initiatives and interventions to build employee, team, leadership and organisational performance in line with the operational needs and strategic requirements of regional local health networks (LHNs) and Rural Support Service (RSS).
The Principal Consultant, OD works closely with the Manager, OD and Executive Directors, People and Culture across the regional LHNs to provide support to Leaders and staff which contribute to the achievement of SA Government, SA Health and regional LHNs strategic goals and objectives.
As a senior member of the OD team, this role provides expert advice, support and direction on complex OD matters to other OD team members.
Must have an appropriate post-secondary qualification in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or Human Resources or related area of equivalent in experience.
The (RSS) is a business unit in SA Health that is responsible for providing flexible, responsive and innovative services to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs) across South Australia.
The RSS is spread across regional and metro SA operating in a client-centred model, providing leadership and expertise in digital health and innovation, regional health and wellbeing services, regional workforce planning and development, business services and state-wide clinical services.
This is a part time vacancy, working 37.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
