Principal Consultant/Solution Architect - Institutional Banking

As a Solution Architect with a Financial Markets & Institutional Banking background, you will hold a crucial role in driving client success through tailored architecture solutions and strategic guidance. This role demands extensive expertise in financial markets and Institutional Banking, along with a proven history of delivering top-tier strategy, architecture solutions, and services. Collaborating closely with a streamlined team, you'll directly influence their clients' businesses and foster innovation within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design solution, and execution of innovative solutions tailored to meet client needs, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end client engagements, overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance processing systems that enhance real-time decision-making and trading strategies, solving complex problems and improving system reliability and efficiency.
• Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, senior management, and internal teams.
• Guidance and direction to junior colleagues, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with architecture, design, and implementation. in financial markets, Institutional Banking, FX, consulting, or a related domain, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
• Design and deliver scalable cloud services.
• Develop migration strategies and roadmaps for seamless transitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate proposals aligned with business objectives.
• Utilise your expertise to architect solutions that meet the client's requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Support pre-sales engagements by identifying potential solutions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.
• Solid communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with a knack for identifying growth opportunities and fostering innovation, combined with a hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support client engagements.
