This is the biggest capital investment in health in Queensland history.
The Principal Engagement Officer will coordinate and guide strategic engagement across key projects within the FFE System Procurement Project. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering effective strategic engagement solutions. The Principal Engagement Officer will also be responsible for building authentic connections, driving meaningful dialogue and fostering positive and enduring relationships with stakeholders across Queensland Health.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide trusted advice and effectively share complex conceptual ideas with all kinds of audiences.
Effective facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills in a complex and fast-paced environment, underpinned by a deep understanding of broader program and project risks and issues.
Strategic, conceptual and critical thinking skills that enable the successful delivery of evidence-based engagement and communication activities.
