It’s core functions include the provision of design services across the business and supporting key areas such as asset management, infrastructure delivery and dam safety. The Engineering Service team provides performs the owners engineer function and is the custodian of Sunwater’s engineering and Technical Standards. The Principal Engineer – Technical Standards, ensures Sunwater’s suite of Technical Standards and specifications are comprehensive, fit for purpose and up to date. This is a key role within the business and will engage directly with senior personnel in infrastructure delivery, operations and engineering teams. The position is also accountable for ensuring E&WR’s design management framework is compliant with ISO standards (55001 & 9001) and will lead and support internal & external audits respectively, as well as implement identified improvement activities.
