Spark North East Link Tunnels D&C

To deliver Melbourne’s longest road tunnels – the North East Link Tunnels – as part of the North East Link Program.

The Spark North East Link Design & Construct Joint Venture (Spark NEL D&C JV, or Spark) is delivering the North East Link Program's primary package (North East Link Tunnels), including 6.5km of three-lane twin road tunnels to provide the missing transport link between the M80 and the Eastern Freeway.

About the Opportunity:

As part of the landmark infrastructure initiative, the Spark Consortium is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Tunnel Ventilation Systems for the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's largest and most ambitious road construction venture to date. This is a senior delivery role that focuses on overseeing implementation of tunnel ventilation systems (TVS) located in tunnels, buildings and designated egress zones. The successful candidate will ensure that these critical systems are integrated seamlessly into the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges, enhancing safety and operational efficiency across the board.
