A Day in The Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Advise on ethical and integrity matters to meet legislative and community obligations.
- Engage with stakeholders to educate and embed integrity principles into work processes.
- Stay updated on Local Government ethics requirements.
- Develop systems for ethics issue identification and reporting.
- Investigate ethics complaints and Code of Conduct violations.
- Conduct education initiatives on ethics practices.
- Provide technical guidance to program teams.
- Enhance operational efficiency systems.
- Cultivate an innovative culture and foster collaboration within teams.
- Address policy gaps for program improvement.
- Drive business enhancement projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Current "C" class driver's licence
- Tertiary qualifications ideally in governance, ethics / integrity, risk and / or compliance, and/or investigations.
- Experience within the field is highly regarded
