Qualifications & experience
- 3 years experience in a similar role within an Accounting Practice would be beneficial
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones and booking client appointments
- Document filing and scanning
- Office administration, including stationery orders, collection of mail, collation and sending out mail
- First point of contact for client queries
- Email management
- Processing client payments
- Tax and BAS lodgements
