About the Role During the performance of their normal role in facilitating education outcomes, the Principal Lecturer, is expected to focus upon leadership and qualitative improvements in educational processes and programs.

Special Conditions The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
Out of hours work may be required and a flexible approach to the hours of duty is essential.
Some Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
May be required to relocate to other campuses within TAFE SA.
A flexible approach to the taking of leave is essential.
Upon appointment, the successful applicant must meet the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, for the delivery of this educational program regulated by ASQA and, complete Certificate IV in Training and Assessment within 12 months of appointment.
Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
As a Public Sector Employee, abide by the Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector
