The Principal Organisational Performance reporting to the Manager Governance, Risk & Performance will effectively deliver strategic performance reviews, improvement projects and reporting of key performance indicators. This role will work collaboratively with departments across the organisation to achieve Council’s strategic goals and organisational projects.
Key Result Areas
- Contribution to continuous improvement and the effective delivery of performance improvement projects including accurate collation of data and periodic reporting to Council and Executive Leadership Team
- Development, implementation evaluation, review and reporting on Council’s strategic Plans
- Coordination of an organisational wide service level review and performance measurement framework
- Influence and promote departmental collaboration across Council to improve process and customer experience
- Organisation-wide coordination of engagement activities associated with Strategic Planning and Improvement
- Leadership of Council’s business continuity planning and impact analysis projects
About You
You will have tertiary qualifications in business and/or significant experience in a similar role, and project management qualifications and/or demonstrated experience with project delivery. Your skills will include excellent stakeholder influence, and the ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation. You will also have highly developed communications skills, the ability collect and analyse data and prepare high quality documentation and reporting, liaising with a wide range of customers.
