Period of AppointmentAppointment to the role is on a fixed term full-time basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight) for 12 months.
Duties- Conduct complex research, analysis and evaluation on a range of renewable energy policy and practices and formulate proposals and recommendations.
- Provide high level policy advice and support to stakeholders on a broad range of matters relevant to hydrogen industry development and ReCFIT activities.
- Review regulations, legislation and make recommendations to government on changes and the implementation of new regulatory approaches to support the developing Hydrogen industry.
- Prepare thorough documentation including policy, correspondence, reports, minutes, and briefings.
- Conduct high level consultation with stakeholders (both internal and external) relating to policy issues and development and represent the department on national Hydrogen working groups and similar forums.
- Contribute to and support major projects within ReCFIT.
