- Technology and process development for a major rare earth development
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy with more than 12 years relevant experience in the field of hydro and/ or pyro metallurgy
- Experience through different stages of technology development and project development
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive and willing to engage with multiple partners during early stage testwork. Prior experience in running a pilot test plant will be viewed highly
- Experience in lithium, nickel, alumina or any other mineral processing industry
- Long term role with opportunity to work on a challenging, long term rare earth resource development project
- Opportunity to collaborate and work with test work partners across the globe
- Perth CBD based role with occasional travel in and outside Australia
