In this role you will bring your expertise in analysing complex project data to monitor program performance:
- Plan and monitor the lifecycle of projects against budget structures under multiple funding programs and/ or arrangements.
- Quantify and verify complex data sources to process monthly progress reports and payment claims, including interrogation of general ledgers and monitoring of cash-flow financial positions.
- Monitor and report on the governance, scope, cost, time, and quality of programs and projects and develop timely forecast analysis and communications to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project and program risks through early issues identification with timely corrective actions and contribute to the continual improvement of reporting solutions to manage program risks.
- Manage program controls including variations and extensions of time to safeguard assurance of program integrity.
- Contribute to the delivery and presentation of program review analysis and reporting for the executive leadership team.
- Lead and model highly collaborative internal relationships through the sharing of knowledge, experience and reflections as part of a wider team of multi-disciplinary specialists.
