Job description

The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is a statutory body set up to combat and reduce the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector in Queensland. Its functions and powers are set out in the Crime and Corruption Act 2001.

About you 

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements: 

  • Proven experience in developing, and working with subject matters experts to develop, policies and procedures that aligns with the CCC's governance and operating model.
  • Proven experience actively managing and leading project delivery, including evidenced experience in using project management methodologies, techniques and tools.
  • High-level facilitation and engagement skills, with the proven ability to develop and leverage effective working and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams, inspiring project success, execution of results, and skills transfer.
  • Demonstrated experience thinking critically to deliver successful projects, and achieve collaborative customer-focused outcomes aligned to broader environmental and organisational context.
