Based at our Long Pocket campusAbout This Opportunity The Principal Project Officer is responsible for;Coordinating and/or supervising the delivery of end-to-end projects of varying size, scale and complexity to ensure the successful delivery of project-specific outcomes.A range of activities across the relevant phase of project delivery, including gathering requirements, coordinating project plans, implementing project monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
Working in an agile environment to coordinate multiple projects to meet stakeholders' needs. Key responsibilities will include: Project Coordination:Coordinate various project life-cycle phases under broad direction, including requirement gathering, planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies and timeframes.
Work in an agile environment for project delivery, including requirement gathering, writing user stories, acceptance criteria and running related meetings. Provide project management advice, control project-related issues, risks, and changes, and evaluate project phases for alignment with key deliverables. Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello, and perform project-specific research and reporting in an Agile Environment.
