Address There's an exciting opportunity for you to join Supply Chain Surety in the Department of Health as the Principal Project Officer - Strategy Operations. You will contribute to the successful delivery of the team’s work program through the coordination and development of effective organisational strategies and business plans to support the Branch to evolve into a contemporary, sustainable supply chain offering for its customers.
This position is a role within the Strategy team, part of the Operations Group, Supply Chain Surety Branch. The position reports to the Manager, Strategy, and will Coordinate and contribute to the development, and implementation of high-level organisational strategies based on appropriate business and supply chain theories and research to enhance the Branch's service offering to customers and partner services.
About Supply Chain Surety Branch:
Supply Chain Surety is a branch in Corporate Services Division (CSD) supporting the supply of clinical goods, pharmaceuticals and linen products to the Hospital and Health Services (HHS), Queensland Health.
The branch is comprised of functions critical to Queensland Health's supply response, including Supply Chain Services, Central Pharmacy, Group Linen Services and Operations. This branch brings together an end-to-end supply chain function from demand planning through to warehousing and distribution into a single integrated branch led by the Executive Director. The Branch supports clients and stakeholders across the Department of Health, all Hospital and Health Services, Queensland Government and some external agencies.
