Duties Include:
- Source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates for various positions within the Healthcare industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both parties.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
About you:
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables.
- Exposure to the healthcare industry – whether recruiting for, or working within
- Developed candidate management and interview skills
- Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
