A leading civil engineering consultancy is looking for their next Principal Structural Engineer to join their team. With a strong reputation nationally and local focus in the Adelaide market, they are known for their inspired and resourceful solutions on complex projects. The Role
As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to the delivery across a range of civil building projects and oversee less experienced team members. Your responsibilities will include leading and providing technical guidance to team members, reviewing project progression, and developing accurate reports, communication with internal stakeholders, team members and peers as well as liaising and communicating with architects, builders, and trades.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate with possess the relevant qualifications in civil engineering, and extensive experience working on varied projects within the industry. You will have a true passion for general engineering and an eagerness to develop, grow and mentor a collaborative team is a must. As this is a client facing role, exceptional communications skills are essential, as you will liaise with external stakeholders regularly. You will have natural leadership qualities, as you will be managing a team as well as your own workload. With a strong pipeline of landmark projects, this is an opportunity for someone wanting to take a step forward in their career.
