Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.
Key knowledge and experienceThe ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Provision of expert support, guidance and coordination to relevant support bodies ensuring successful:
- device and systems integration (including Digital Imaging devices & other clinical devices),
- applications and updates deployment, including regression testing and identification of defects for resolution.
- investigate and request changes and modifications to application modules to address customer needs by participating in application review and evaluation.
- Ability to provide application support utilising Microsoft Windows Server or Linux operating systems and (desirably) have experience with the following technologies:
- Server virtualisation
- load balancing
- Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
- PKI Certificates
- HL7 & DICOM (or similar)
- Ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) are achieved by performing incident management and system implementation.
