About the role

As a Principal EAM Systems Specialist at TasNetworks you will provide advice on and influence development of TasNetworks systems architecture and within integrated digital landscape.

The role will influence our systems architecture through an understanding of vendor roadmaps, business need and systems capability, and participate in systems delivery to meet business and strategic needs. Technical expertise and collaboration with cross – functional teams is a key component in ensuring these are met.

You will have impact by working on the conception and development of designs and prototypes and will lead the strategic direction of our asset management technology, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficiency, reliability, and longevity of Tasmania's energy infrastructure.

About you

You will have superior experience (minimum 10 years) in providing functional and technical services within a complex digital environment, with demonstrated experience in the configuration and testing of IFS or SAP (S/4HANA) and associated components like FIORI and other field service management and mobility tools.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong user focus while also being cognizant of business strategy, commercial factors and technological constraints.

You will have effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality, along with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships and influence others.

Your collaborative approach and effective communication skills will support your ability to mentor team members, ensuring team performance and efficient product delivery.
