Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time Copy Shop Coordinator/Salesperson to bolster our Retail Print Services & Copy Shop team at our Bendigo store. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and take pride in your work, this role is for you. As part of our team, you'll handle a range of tasks including retail/customer service, printing, copying, binding, laminating, order management, quality assurance, quoting & estimating services, and nurturing customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in retail sales, demonstrating strong sales acumen.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to understand and fulfill customer needs while building lasting relationships.
- Eagerness to learn about our diverse range of products and the industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in retail transaction systems and file management systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
- Graphic design skills or prior experience in the print industry are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work during operational trading hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
