About the role
*PART TIME PLUS* (22 hours per week with negotiation for additional hours) position available to begin ASAP. Excellent benefits & perks!

This customer focused role includes both Sales and Administration. Day-to-day duties include: assisting members with program and payment information, engaging with prospective members, sales, business communications (including social media), and more.
This Entry Level Position has room for you to grow.

+ People Skills - Must genuinely like people! You will be working with kids, families and adults of all ages. Be outgoing, fun and have a magnetic personality.
+ Leadership & Communication Skills - Ensure that Infinite MMA reaches it's growth goals through daily appointment setting, new membership sales, and in house or outreach events.
+ Reliable - Must have own transportation. Must be on time and able to ensure that the day to day operations of Infinite MMA follow our Standard Procedures.
+ Caring and Detail Oriented - Help foster a superior client experience for our members and provide Excellent Customer Service Always.
+ Patience & Flexibility - Must be able to roll with the punches ... not literally! This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including working with the public.
+ Enthusiasm - High energy, willing and able to share the mission, programs and success stories of Infinite MMA on social media, at out reach and in-house events.
+ Software & Technical Skills - Familiar with MS Office, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets. Familiar with Facebook, Instagram. Comfortable learning how to use Customer Relations Management software (training provided).
Afternoon and evening availability is essential. Monday to Thursday hours are set at 3:30pm to 9pm.
A Police Check and Working with Children's Check is required before commencing work.

+ First Aid
With on the job training provided, a passionate student with an interest in marketing and advertising will flourish in this role.
Knowledge and experience in Martial Arts is not necessary. A successful candidate will not be required to participate in martial arts training, but participation is welcome. On the job training in Sales and Administration will be provided.
Candidates are welcome to attend a free trial class to get to know our programs, but staff will not be available to discuss this job offer during the trial.
